Just out in Nature Reviews Clinical Oncology, my latest on Surrogate Endpoints from the patient's perspective. Despite writing on this topic for 15 years, hope to offer new ideas in this piece.
In the essay I describe the fact that there is some relationship between incentive and developing new and innovative drugs, but the precise nature of this relationship is unknown.
